Exactly. You're doing so well! 🎉

I'm curious whether you've considered offering above-market pay and/or profit sharing or phantom equity?
I.e. if you want to recruit "staff that communicate well, do good work, are honest, and reliable", what incentives can you offer to make your recruiting easy?
In terms of labor, I do receive a significant amount of applicants. The hard part is sifting through them and determining which ones are a good fit for my business. Based on other jobs on Indeed, I believe I am paying above market rate (so indeed tells me)
Inspiring! I'm interested to hear about all those marketing tactics (so 1, 2, 4) but also about how much time you you put into these (and the rest of ops) per day and week. And, do you like/love every bit of it? or do some parts, sometimes or always, feel like a grind?
In general, I am putting 6+ hours a day in ops for the business. That being said, one of my goals is to get my VA trained up well this time around and have them manage most of the day to day ops. My goal is to have my involvement be around 2 hours a day.
Although to be fair, alot of the ops I do are working ON the business rather than IN the business. At this very moment, I am working on writing out a knowledge base in Notion which will be used by my VA and staff.
I don't like everything and sometimes it does feel like a significant grind. The best parts are getting those 5 star reviews and slack notifications of new leads since those are reflections of my work and operations
Funny enough, I haven't written any code for the biz so far, but it has definitely helped in thinking about zaps but also Go High Level workflows to automate the sales process. I feel like I could make a whole 20 minute video explaining my current CRM setup with the automations and such.
If anything, this past week I've been making a Notion Admin hub for my new VA (I fired my first one) and it feels like I am programming a human lol

Thank you Ryan!

I’m curious to hear how your degree is helping you streamline the business. Looks like you’ve been using it to automate a bunch of processes!
